What a month! We just wrapped an incredible celebration of #HispanicHeritageMonth with robust programming at Chobani and La Colombe Coffee Roasters. This year, our Hispanic & Allies Employee Resource Group (ERG) selected the theme of “Somos,” a powerful word that translates to “We Are.” It’s a representation of their continued work toward building a fun and inclusive community — an idea that we kept at the heart of every activation, including: 🫶 volunteer events focused on reducing food insecurity for the Hispanic community, ☕ specialty lattes and pastries at our La Colombe cafes, 🚴 an inspiring discussion with powerhouse fitness instructor Camila Ramon, the first bilingual cycling and tread instructor to teach classes in Spanish AND English at her company, and 🗣️ cultural conversations at our office and plant locations through our Café y Comunidad program. Thank you to our incredible Hispanic & Allies ERG for all the hard work that went into planning these events. It’s thanks to you that our people feel seen and celebrated all year long.

We had an amazing time celebrating our first-ever Michigan Family Day with our incredible production teams in Muskegon! Team members and their families joined together for a day full of community-building through food and fun. The day included everything from bounce houses to carnival rides and games, face painting, and even a petting zoo for the whole family to enjoy. Thanks to all of our team members who came out and made the day so special. Here’s to the first of many family days in Muskegon and continuing to celebrate together.
