Designed to accommodate the region's high population growth and business expansion, the facility will serve as a circularity campus, able to house a variety of material management services for municipal and commercial customers. Our Organics Processing Capabilities Just Leveled Up - We are pleased to announce Quantum Organics is now part of Circular Services! In 2024, Palm Beach County was named Florida’s top recycler for the second year in a row, achieving an overall 84% recycling rate, which exceeds the state’s 75% recycling goal. We are proud to share that Circular Services, a Closed Loop Partners company and the largest privately held recycling company in the U.S., has been the operating partner for West Palm Beach’s recycling facility since 2019, processing 8 to 9K tons per month of residential and commercial recyclables.
