This is where my journey in this market begun all those years ago and boy have we learned a ton since then… we are better than we have ever been (personally and professionally may I add!) with a fresh approach under Cirto Gray Associates. George graduated with a Masters in Data Analytics and is joining us with a wealth of experience in private members clubs. One could argue that the odds have been against him and it’s already clear he brings resilience, patience, curiosity, common sense and a ton of commitment to his own success to the team, already integrating in to the culture well and making his mark. As Lucinda Cassidy and I sit outside The Phoenix Convention Centre excited to get in to mix of everything with IIBEC, we got on to the topic of International Women’s Day and it’s importance. I posted last year stating that 62.9% of Cirto Gray Associates placements have been women and how proud we are of this stat. Despite our drastic increase in the amount of placements we have made, we have still been able to keep this stat a touch below 50% in the last 12 months. We are constantly advocating for women in the world and hope to improve the above stat as we grow. Aside from us and our business, today we celebrate the Women of the world, the women close to us and far from us, the women that have touched our lives and the women that have touched billions of other lives. Thank you for your breaking boundaries and beating stereotypes, may it not have to be the case anymore. A special shoutout to my Fiancé Carley Ward, my special little girl Isla-Rose and my amazing Mum for the impact you have all had on my life. Happy International Women’s Day to all!
