Join us in welcoming Marco Finazzi, PE, PMP to Team CIS as our Program Director in Philadelphia. Marco will lead our Community-based Public Private Partnership program with the Stormwater Authority of the City of Chester, and play a pivotal role in growing CIS’s partnerships across the greater Philadelphia and New York City metropolitan areas. A registered professional engineer, Marco brings over a decade of experience in the planning and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure improvements, watershed studies, flood resilience strategies, and stormwater management solutions. In his previous roles, he led project teams with significant infrastructure upgrades for major water and wastewater utilities across North America, including conveyance/pumping/storage systems and advanced treatment technologies. Jean comes to us after many years at a prominent economics research firm where she wore many hats including Research Analyst, Fund Development Coordinator, and Administration and Development Manager. Jean has a BS in Environmental Science with a minor in Economics from the University of Washington, Tacoma.
