After almost 30 years of service to the City of Clovis, General Services Director Shonna Halterman announced she will retire in December. The General Services Director leads staff members in multiple divisions, including Personnel, Risk Management, Purchasing, Facilities Maintenance, Public Transit, Recreation, and Senior Services. Deputy General Services Director Amy Hance has been selected as the incoming General Services Director. Amy Hance has worked for the City of Clovis for 18 years and is currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of Public Transit, Senior Services, and Recreation. “Shonna leaves an indelible, positive impact on the community in countless ways, but in particular, her incredible work turning Landmark Square from a vision into a reality which will serve Clovis for generations to come,” said John Holt, City Manager, City of Clovis. “We are blessed in Clovis to have a deep bench of leaders, like Amy Hance, who serve this community each day.
