On Friday, we had the pleasure of welcoming senior leadership from L3Harris Technologies Public Safety and Professional Communications (PSPC), headquartered right here in the City of Lynchburg. They continued their incredible Pi Day (3.14) tradition - with PIE! Each year, L3Harris delivers 50 pies to our first responders at Fire Station 1, showing appreciation for the men and women who keep our community safe. This year, we were honored to greet Sam Mehta, President of L3Harris Communication Systems, Kevin Pietrzak, President of L3Harris PSPC, and Todd Perdieu, Senior Director of Engineering and Products, as they personally delivered this generous gift. Special thanks to Paul Boydoh for coordinating this year’s effort! L3Harris PSPC plays a critical role in public safety, providing advanced radio communications solutions to first responders across the country. Their commitment to innovation is matched by their dedication to the Lynchburg community whether through job creation, investment, or meaningful traditions like this one.
