At the City of Miramar Commission meeting held on 10/17/2024, the following Proclamations and Presentations were made: 1. As Vice Mayor Davis transitions to her new role as Broward County Commissioner Elect for District 7, we thank her for her dedication and impact on our community. Her leadership and advocacy have made a positive difference on Miramar. Mayor Wayne Messam Presented the Proclamation, which was followed by a standing ovation. 2. We honored the Miramar-Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce for their contributions to our community. The Chamber has been a vital partner in fostering economic growth and promoting local businesses.
