Maria shared invaluable information to those in attendance relating to doing business with NYC. The event brought together the principals of the Top 10 Manufacturers and Resellers to discuss the City’s expectations on the inclusion and participation of MWBE firms in city contracting. On Tuesday, MOCS’ Director Lisa M. Flores was in attendance for Brooklyn District Attorney's Office DA Eric Gonzalez's Hispanic Heritage Month celebration at the New York City College of Technology. The event showcased different Hispanic cultures, with a performance by "@Drums and Bugles International Band Association" from Panama. Director Flores would like to give a special thanks to News 12 Anchor Nadia Galindo for being an amazing Mistress of Ceremonies and Eric Gonzalez for hosting this wonderful night honoring Hispanic excellence! #hispanicheritagemonth
