Excessive Heat Warning! Daytime temperatures in San Bernardino are expected to hit well over 100 degrees this week. The City of San Bernardino wants to remind everyone to stay indoors during peak temperature hours, limit outdoor exercise or work to the early morning or evening hours, stay hydrated - drink lots of liquids, use suntan lotion, keep your pets inside or in the shade with plenty of water, and most importantly, keep tabs on elderly friends or family. Air conditioning can get very expensive and can put a strain on the power grid.
