The City of Eagle requires all residents who own a dog older than six (6) months of age to obtain a license from the City or from the Idaho Humane Society. The application requires proof of rabies vaccination, with the expiration date, and proof of spay or neuter (if applicable) issued by a licensed veterinarian. The application is on the City’s website and must be filled out and submitted online. If a resident has multiple dogs, a separate application for each dog is required. The City of Eagle contracts with the Idaho Humane Society for animal control and licensing services. For animal control concerns (e.g. nuisance animal, neglect, running at-large, etc.) please call 208-343-3166. Issued dog licenses are valid until the last day of the month, one (1) year or two (2) years from the month of the original issue. A late fee will be assessed on renewals if the license is more than 30 days past the expiration date. Submit the City of Eagle Dog License Application here: https://lnkd.in/g6QEu2tW
