The City's seasonal branch and leaf drop-off sites open tomorrow. The two sites will be open from Saturday, September 21, to Sunday, December 1, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The new restroom and shop building at Upper Tuthill Park is now open to the public! The modern facility replaces the park's outdated bathroom, which was demolished last week. Now, crews are enhancing the parking lot and restoring the surrounding area. The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of the month, weather permitting.
