On Friday we celebrated the retirement of Kathy Rhoads, co-founder and long-time owner of @Circle of Friends Adult Day Center. Kathy opened Circle of Friends in 1997 and has since provided an essential service to hundreds of older adults and their families. We are honored to be able to continue her legacy as our sister company, Lindsey Senior Solutions, begins management of the Center today!

Exciting progress at ClarkLindsey Village Volume 3 Independent Living! 🚧 Our Broeren Russo Builders, Inc. team, including Senior Project Manager Greg Shroka, Senior Project Engineer Timothy Van Der Aa, Project Engineer Connor Wahls and Superintendent Tyler Sanderson, is making strides as the building goes vertical! The first topping slab section was poured by Mid Illinois Concrete & Excavation, Inc., paving the way for Otto Baum Company, Inc. to kick off the stair towers and gear up for wood wall framing in the coming weeks.

We are fortunate to have Broeren Russo Builders, Inc. as our partner for our expansion project!
As one chapter for us at ClarkLindsey ends, another begins. Broeren Russo Construction, Inc. and all of our subcontractor trade partners have been hard at work the past 2 weeks putting the finishing touches on the new Assisted Living and Memory Care wing, which is getting ready for new residents later this spring! Meanwhile, a little over 100 yards north, Mid Illinois Concrete & Excavation, Inc., Davis Electric and Davis-Houk Mechanical, Inc. are beginning the process of complete demolition of the recently vacated healthcare wings as the first step of construction for the new Independent Living wing scheduled to be under construction thru 2025!
