About us

Class A Truckin is a third party driver recruiting company based in Nashville TN with offices in Altoona, PA, Belgrade, Serbia and Manilla, Philippines. Founded in 2011 as Expedited Recruiting, Class A Truckin has grown over the years by making sure the driver comes first. Class A puts the well being of the driver above our commission and we will always tell you which is the best job, whether it is our job or not. There are a lot of great third party recruiting companies, so what makes Class A better. Our recruiters. Without doubt we have the best recruiters in the industry. What makes them the best? Their integrity, honesty, knowledge and putting the well being of the driver first and foremost. Any recruiter can tell you that a particular job is the best when it is the best; however, our recruiters will help a driver find the best job even if it is with another carrier or recruiting company. If you are an experienced driver how many times have you listened to your recruiter and thought, "Does he really think Western Express is one of the best trucking companies in the United States or is he just trying to get me in their truck?" With Class A Truckin you will get the unvarnished truth from the beginning to the end; and if we don't knw the answer we will say, "You know I'm not sure but I will find out and get right back to you.". Therefore, if you want to be treated like a professional with honesty and integrity work with Class A Truckin. If you believe that Western Express is one of the best carriers in the US, you will get lots of recruiters who will tell you just that, just none of them work for Class A Truckin. So in a word, what is the biggest difference between Class A and the other guys': Professionalism.

Several months ago Class A Truckin was approached by a 1099 company out of Chicago to help them with their recruiting. In a moment of weakness, we agreed to help them. After 2 days we stopped and will never make the same mistake again. In addition to breaking state and federal labor laws by having forced dispatch as a 1099, had to pay for their own gas (which is great if you are an LP but these drivers were company drivers that were told they were LPs) and if they were ever paid at all were paid a fraction of what they were owed. I talked to one driver that ran 2800+ miles and his check was $92.45. Unfortunately many drivers feel like they have no choice to take these jobs because of their driving record, background or failed drug test. We don't want to give any specific names as to avoid legal troubles but if the carrier is based out of the Chicagoland area and runs OTR or Regional you can bet dollars to donuts they are a Chicagoland 1099 carrier. Lastly, if you want to know what type of recruiting company you are working with, if they recommend one of these carriers, well, you have your answer. All kidding aside I do not know how they get away with the laundry list of tax and safety laws they violate on a daily basis. Lastly, the people that work these carriers and worse, the recruiters that send drivers thee for a few hundred dollars in commission should be ashamed of themselves. At least they can look in the mirror every morning and know the answer the the question, "Would I sell my mom for a nickel?" because the answer is yes.
