At Clear Air Enviro-Services, it is our goal to educate our clients about the importance of preventative maintenance and to provide a healthy and safe work environment for each organization. Clear Air Enviro-Services was started in 2010 by its current Owner and President, Scot Moritz. After working in a variety of industries, he saw the need to improve the quality of preventative maintenance programs. With rising equipment costs and standards changing, Clear Air Enviro-Services wanted to make a difference. We offer an array of outstanding cleaning services ranging from industrial cleaning, mechanical cleaning, data center cleaning, and environmental and hazmat cleaning services. Whether helping a small business or large facility, we strive for excellence throughout each project. Clear Air Enviro-Services takes pride in our employee’s industry certifications, assuring our customers that they have received the best service in the business. Why do cooling towers need to be cleaned after the cooling season if they will have to be cleaned again at the beginning of the next cooling season? Because they are rooftop units. Just because they aren’t in use doesn’t mean that the elements they are exposed to won’t do a number on them.
