Here's what's changing (and isn't) for agents, clients, and lenders👇 📝 73% of agents think the settlement will have a negative impact on the industry – but 55% support requiring buyer’s agency agreements up-front! 💰 78% of agents expect the commission changes will make it harder for first-time homebuyers. 🏡 Sellers are starting to offer concessions to keep deals moving, and agents are guiding them through this. 📉 57% of agents report that others in their area of have already lowered their buyer’s agent commission rates in response to the settlement.
