One App to replace them all 👨💻🧠⏰

🚀 Where do I start?? Just back from an unforgettable time in Riyadh and Dubai with the ClickUp team! 🇸🇦🇦🇪 We had the chance to sit down with some of the most forward-thinking customers and partners and hear firsthand how ClickUp is driving transformation within their organisations. Their insights and achievements left us inspired! ✨ Highlight of the week? There is so many!!! Our Executive Dinner at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. A special thank you to Michal Ondrej, Mohammed Qutishat, and Rohit Jayakaran for taking part in our customer panel, and to all those in attendance whose contributions turned the evening into a masterclass on work innovation and leadership. The energy in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE is electric 🔌—clear, bold visions for growth, development, and economic diversification are at the heart of the region. What’s truly amazing is seeing how businesses are aligning their goals with these national strategies—working in harmony towards a future of unprecedented growth and opportunity. 🤝 📈 Our regional customers are leaning heavily on ClickUp for cross-functional collaboration and gaining deeper visibility into their teams’ workflows. This visibility is empowering them to make faster, more informed, data-driven decisions. ✨ Pro Tip for Scaling: Establish a Centre of Excellence. It’s all about uniting divisions under shared goals and best practices—taking productivity to the next level. 🧠 ClickUp Brain (AI) is the new powerhouse taking productivity to new heights. It’s not just managing tasks; it’s becoming the intelligence that ties your ecosystem together. Seamlessly integrating with third-party apps, it unlocks new ways to search, collaborate, and drive success. As Rohit Jayakaran cleverly put it: "ClickUp is more than just a tool—it’s a philosophy." Centralizing work in one platform represents a cultural shift, and executive sponsorship is key to unlocking its full potential. 🌟Lastly, I am truly grateful for the remarkable hospitality we experienced during our onsite visits with both new and long-standing customers. Your warm welcome made the trip so special, and we’re excited to return in the coming months! #ClickUp #ProductivityRevolution #CrossFunctionalCollaboration #Riyadh #Dubai #AI Ryan Precious, Robin Rehal, Isaac Strack, Malte Stryhn Pontoppidan Thomsen

    Content @ Clay

I've made a lot of B2B shows — but this one was the hardest to take from 0 to 1. A few months ago, I had the idea FOR THE GREATEST ABM PLAY EVER THOUGHT OF BY MANKIND: We use Clay to set up and automate outbound motions for different SaaS companies STAY WITH ME Here was the thought process: 1. Hit up Sales 2. Get a list of ABM/tier 1 accounts 3. Go through the list and make note of the companies i knew people at 4. Reach out to those people and see if they'd be down to let me make an episode about them 5. If they said yes, I'd ask them for three things: an offering, a target audience, and messaging 6. Then, we use Clay to create and automate an outbound campaign for that company, pitching their offering to their audience with their messaging 7. Then, we send the episode to the people we collaborated with, who'll obvvviousslyyyyyy share it in their company Slack like "yoooo check this out" 8. Most people ignore it, some people check it out, but potential users (in this case RevOps and Sales folk) are like "wait, what is this" 9. Then, we run that episode as an ad on linkedin targeting our ICP from whichever company the episode is on 10. Then, since we had to actually build out the outbound campaign for the episode, we turn it into a template that we throw up on a page on our site and drive people to it from the ad Beautiful 😍 On paper 🙄 YO THIS WAS RIDICULOUSLY HARD BRINGING TO LIFE AND I GAVE UP LIKE 3 TIMES first, I got the ABM list And I was like "oh, hey, ClickUp" So I hit up Chris Cunningham and was like "yooo I'm making this show, you down?" And he was like "ye" and put me in touch with Liam Mahoney So I asked Liam for the three things I needed, he got back to me, and then I hit up the genius that is Patrick Spychalski and so Patrick took the info i got from Liam and created a Clay table that: -- created a list of ClickUp's ICP from Fortune 500 companies - used a custom formula to calculate about how much time these people spent on project management per month - created custom use cases for ClickUp Brain based on the day-to-day responsibilities of a given person - used that info + other variables to generate emails with the help of AI - and more Now, all we had to do was create a screen recording of this table being built, write a script that provided a concise overview of how the table worked, and get someone to read it. We tried and failed over and over and over again. This went on for months, until I finally gave up. I threw in the towel. I was done, I moved on. BUT THEN Ashley Artrip emerged from the shadows, and said, "stand back -- i got this" and then Peter Kang stepped in and said "i got you, homie" and they provided us with the greatest take of our script that we could ever ask for. and now, we present to you: the first episode of 'How to Outbound' huge shoutout to Ashley Artrip, Peter Kang, Scott Tousley, and Amit Kallakuri for bringing this to life! I hope you like it
