We’re excited to put faces to names and introduce an integral part of our organization, the Implementation Team. The Implementation Team leads the onboarding process, coordinating all activities between Closinglock and the customer. They plan, execute, track progress, and manage risks to ensure a smooth implementation, setting both our customers and their clients up for success. Let's meet the team: Dave Chun joined Closinglock in September as VP of Customer Success, overseeing Implementation and Customer Success. Fun fact: Dave loves to travel, with wishlist destinations including Japan, Vietnam, and the Galapagos Islands. Chris Johnson joined Closinglock in June to lead the Implementation Manager team. Fun fact: Chris plays on a local sandlot baseball team and has played in Mexico City, Marfa, and the ""Field of Dreams"" in Iowa. Go Parakeets! Janie Samreth joined Closinglock in July as an Implementation Manager. Fun fact: Janie once worked at Great American Cookies and caught a customer trying to pay with a fake $10 bill—combating fraud from cookies to closings! Niki Silva has been with Closinglock for almost 2 years as a Senior Implementation Manager. Fun fact: Niki solo-traveled to 12 European countries during a study abroad in England and now enjoys exploring new spots in Austin and spending time with her cat, Kerbey. Sunny Jenkins has been an Implementation Manager at Closinglock for 6 months. Fun fact: Before tech, Sunny owned an eco-friendly preschool in Austin, complete with a year-round veggie garden and meditation space. Ana Monge Rivas joined Closinglock in February as an Implementation Manager. Fun fact: Ana runs a Facebook page with over 40K likes, dedicated to finding the best mac and cheese in Austin!
