🚒 It’s not every day the CM&B team has the opportunity to partner with the fire department for a real-world training exercise! 🦺   🏗️ After many months of pre-construction with our project partners David Darling, Ross Hamlin, db2/ARCHitecture, and BSC Group, we have officially begun work on an exciting new 10-acre, 46,500 retail development in Seekonk, MA. 🚧   🏨 Before beginning demolition of multiple existing structures and the former Clarion Hotel, we saw an opportunity to engage the local community, partnering with the Seekonk Fire Department for valuable training within the vacant hotel. From Kmart's blue light to Whole Foods Market's green glow – your grocery cart just got an upgrade.   In 2014, Whole Foods Market made its debut on Cape Cod, and CM&B was proud to construct its inaugural location in Hyannis, MA.   A decade later, we returned to transform the former Kmart space into a new 42,560-SF store that will now offer grocery delivery and pickup to Cape Cod residents.
