In our Blackweek panel “Making Healthcare Marketing Work for Everyone,” Egbavwe Pela, MBA, Group SVP, Engagement Strategy, joined executives from Regeneron, Novartis, and Johnson & Johnson to explore the vital role of representation and inclusivity in healthcare marketing. Pela concluded the panel by expressing optimism about the future, citing the progress made in inclusive media within just two years of the start of the Inclusive Media Center of Excellence here at CMI.

Last Thursday, Jennifer Messina, Austyn Thorne (Rider alumna), and I had the opportunity to attend Rider University's Digital Media Career Expo sponsored by CMI Media Group + Compas. Our day consisted of open networking and recruitment sessions with about 100 students, as well as a student-moderated Q&A for all of the guests. We were genuinely impressed by the Rider students' enthusiasm and curiosity about our organization. We are looking forward to our upcoming event with them next Friday!

CMI Media Group and Compas attended Rider University's Digital Media Career Expo last week. We had a great time connecting with Rider students and look forward to being part of their career journey.
