Today, Nolan loves reading and hanging out with his little brother. He enjoys playing baseball, doing karate and is still partial to superheroes. Although Nolan is cancer-free, he enjoys going to his six-month check-ups at the “big hospital” and seeing his friends in the Child Life Zone. Donate to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals at your local 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes Convenience Stores. Every dollar donated goes to local member hospitals, helping kids in your neighborhoods. Let's make a difference together! #7Cares

At Lily’s first newborn check-up, the nurse drew labs as part of the routine exam. The test results showed high levels of bilirubin in her bloodstream. Doctors diagnosed Lily with ABO Incompatibility, a condition in which a newborn’s blood type is different from the birthing parent’s blood type. Due to continued high levels of bilirubin, Lily was admitted to Atrium Health Levine Children's Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital and received photo-oxidation or light therapy to bring down her bilirubin level. Lily’s mom says “We are glad to have our children’s hospital so close to home. They discovered why Lily was losing weight and helped her get better.” Today, Lily is a healthy, active three-year-old who loves to go to the park and play on playgrounds Donations to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals have helped to fund photo-oxidation or light therapy equipment to help babies like Lily grow stronger.

When Jaydn was diagnosed with Hurler Syndrome as an infant, doctors told her family she would not live past the age of ten. With the support of Asante Foundation, her local member hospital of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Jaydn has defied the prognosis and has been able to receive weekly infusions close to home in a comfortable setting. Even though treatments are lengthy and can be uncomfortable, Jaydn looks forward to her appointments because of the amazing nurses who care for her and stock up on her favorite toys. Now, at 13 years old, Jaydn is happy and outgoing. Despite the difficulties of her condition, Jaydn lives life to the fullest. Thanks to donations to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Jaydn has been able to receive high-quality care close to home
