The last day of the #ACCELERATE Summit is here! Yesterday, Colleen Murray Peyton from FutureThink guided our participants through identifying complexity traps in the workplace, challenging them to consider whether fear or trust drives their behaviors. The day continued with a NASA-inspired simulation, where Sarah L. Murray, Mike Foale, and Jennifer S. pushed our teams to navigate technical, emotional, and diplomatic challenges under pressure. Audrey Powers from Blue Origin wrapped up the day by highlighting the importance of celebrating failures and using debriefs to drive continuous improvement. These sessions equip our leaders with the skills and insights to drive #OrganizationalSuccess and personal growth. As we move into the final day, we're ready for more powerful lessons and to close the summit on a high note!
