Humongous thank you to Cognizant and Ping Chen and Bhavi Patel, CTP for hosting us for the NeuGroup Cash Investments H2 2024 Meeting in the Hudson Yards Offices. With partners CNote's Catherine Berman, R. Seelaus & Co., Inc.'s Annie Seelaus, and Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD)'s Thomas Severance and Zachary Brown - who led sessions on #impactinvesting and the #ultrashort end of the yield curve for members to access for capital preservation and liquidity strategies for 2025 and beyond.     Members from Mastercard, Micron Technology, AbbVie, Salesforce, and Tradeweb who shared their stories and led discussions from asset allocation strategies, impact investing, external manager selection and managing the managers, to a pre meeting poll discussion – which was a highlight for members as it shows the search for duration for companies.     Truly appreciated the thought leadership as session presenters from Sandy Fernandez, James Gerhart, Cameron Bowen, CFA, CPA, Tim Kolenda, MBA, CTP, CertICM, Steve Guse, Cameron Matosich, CTP, and Kijae C..    A massive thank you to Jeff Helsing who joined us from Western Asset Management and shared a thought-provoking presentation on the pressures in the economy moving forward both domestically and globally, and what pressures are still relevant to members and supply chains prior to 2020. This session included a discussion around the IMF GDP expectation for 2025, which have a serious mark down.     Throughout the two days, we had spectacular views of the Hudson River and NYC, the High Line with a truly NYC-style brownstone backyard Italian dinner BOTTINO Restaurant, which only received 10/10 reviews.     Thank you to all who helped make this possible, even with the virtual assists, it was a beautiful get together with deep discussion from rates to deepening connections.
