    We’re excited to welcome Ryan Hunt as our new Applications Engineer! Ryan brings with him a wealth of experience, starting his solar career in a rotational program at Safari Energy, where he worked across several teams, gaining a full understanding of the project lifecycle. After Safari Energy was acquired by Aspen Power, Ryan transitioned to the Engineering team, diving deep into both design work and project engineering. Outside of work, Ryan is a long-time rugby player and a member of the New York Rugby Club. These days, he’s shifting his focus to running and biking events, with a marathon and IronMan in his sights. He’s also passionate about live music and woodworking, making the most of his time in NYC. We’re excited to have Ryan onboard and can’t wait to see the impact he’ll make at Coast Energy!     We are thrilled to welcome Kasia Kajdas to Coast Energy! Kasia started her journey in residential solar, where she honed her expertise in design, permitting, project management, and interconnection. She later expanded her skillset in commercial and industrial (C&I) solar at SunPower, excelling in roles such as Assistant Project Manager, Development Project Manager, and Interconnection and Incentives Manager. Outside of work, Kasia enjoys tending to her garden, where she harvests her own home-grown produce and experiments with new recipes. She also loves exploring new destinations through travel and spending time outdoors, whether camping under the stars or hiking in the mountains. Kasia’s extensive experience in project origination, development, and construction makes her a valuable addition to our team.     We are thrilled to announce that Tom Monreal has joined Coast Energy as a key member of our team! With over 20 years of experience in business development, Tom has a proven track record of working with commercial real estate owners, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies to plan and implement large capital projects. Most recently, Tom has been advising national REITs and regional commercial property owners on optimizing their portfolios with solar and energy storage opportunities.   Tom's background is as diverse as it is impressive. Before diving into the renewable energy industry, he spent a decade as a sales leader, helping a SaaS startup grow from a small team of 12 to over 400 employees and successfully raising Series A & B funding. His passion for sustainability and innovation makes him a perfect fit for Coast Energy.   Outside of work, Tom is a dedicated father of a 5-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. He has a deep love for music, from discovering new artists and collecting vinyl records to teaching his kids how to play the ukulele. Tom is also a baseball enthusiast who coaches his son's little league team and enjoys playing Wiffle ball with him in the front yard.   We are excited to see the impact Tom will make at Coast Energy.     We are excited to announce that Josh Hotvet joined Coast Energy as our new Vice President of Origination! With a robust background in the renewable energy sector, Josh has excelled in the development and acquisition of utility-scale energy storage and solar assets. Before joining us, he made significant contributions at Agilitas Energy and Cypress Creek Renewables. Josh's impressive academic background includes an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from the State University of New York. His leadership and collaborative spirit are further strengthened by his service in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, following eleven years of active duty. Outside of work, Josh dedicates his time to serving in the Marine Corps Reserves and actively participates in his children’s travel soccer teams.     We are thrilled to announce that Pierre-Marie Quincy is joining Coast as a Senior Project Manager! With over a decade of experience in renewable energy, Pierre-Marie specializes in commercial PV/BESS installations and EV charging stations. During his tenure at Tesla and SolarCity, Pierre-Marie deployed over 500 charging stalls and managed energy projects for several school districts. Pierre-Marie now brings his extensive solar knowledge to Coast to help our team deploy commercial solar and energy storage projects across the United States.   Outside of work, Pierre-Marie is a proud father of two daughters, and enjoys racing his sailboat with an eight-member crew across SoCal and Mexico. Seeking a more purposeful direction in her career, Chanel transitioned to the renewable energy industry with Catalyze, overseeing and supporting multiple commercial rooftop and battery projects throughout California, ranging from 500kW to 6MW.   As she joins us at Coast, Chanel is set to drive innovative solutions in the renewable energy industry while delivering excellent service to our clients. Alex holds an active CPA license and earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. With over 15 years in solar construction and 20+ years in electrical construction, Haris brings a wealth of experience to our organization. Haris has overseen the construction of over 1GW of solar installations across the USA and Mexico, working with diverse clients including private, public, and government entities. His leadership extends to managing and building  high-performing teams of project managers, construction managers, and installers, totaling over 70 professionals. Notably, during his time at Tesla, Haris pioneered best-in-class PV cost structures and deployment strategies for small and medium business projects, contributing significantly to the advancement of solar technology and adoption. With over 12 years of solar industry experience, Greg has served as CFO for four different companies specializing in the development and financing of commercial and residential solar projects, including notable roles at Ygrene Energy Fund, CleanFund Commercial, and Tioga Energy. Greg's financial prowess shines brightly, having successfully closed over $1.3 billion in equity and debt financing for clean energy projects. Within that impressive total, he's steered $400 million towards solar debt and tax equity financing. His academic background is equally impressive, with an undergraduate degree in business from Macalester College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Beyond the world of finance, Greg is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Whether it's a game of tennis, a challenging hike, the rush of skiing, or the thrill of mountain biking, he finds solace and adventure in the great outdoors.
