Welcome to our newest Director of Client Service and Solutions, Heather Geiyer! Heather brings over 20 years of experience in operations and program management supporting healthcare and consumer clients. Most recently, she led in-house creative, web, and digital marketing teams at Invitae. Previously, Heather oversaw global PMO operations for client portfolios at Weber Shandwick, managed design and strategy cohorts at VSA Partners, and led a 60-person production team at Ogilvy. We are excited to watch her apply her diverse expertise and fresh perspective to improved delivery models. Originally from Northern California and a BU graduate, Heather has made Chicago her home. In her free time, she renovates her 110-year-old bungalow and travels with her family and rescue mutt. Welcome Heather!

A BIG welcome to Gian Sepulveda, our newest addition to our Medical Writer team! Gian earned a B.A. in Molecular Biology from Colgate University and a Ph.D. in Genetics & Genomics from Boston University. A passionate science communicator, Gian has mentored and taught several undergraduate and graduate students to become future scientists. Throughout his doctoral training, he authored several short reviews and blog posts on topics ranging from oncology to infectious diseases. He also volunteers with the American Pet Cancer Foundation where he is creating an information database of the different types of feline and canine cancers. Jumping around the northeast, Gian has made New York City his current home. During his free time, he enjoys biking around the city, collecting vinyl records, and watching live theater. He recently taught his cat how to sit, spin, and shake. Welcome Gian to our crew of fellow pet enthusiasts!

Armed with festive energy, we're ready to haunt the dreams of our competitors, and eerily delight our clients as the boogeyman of the industry, scaring them with our innovative ideas and unmatched expertise!

We are thrilled to welcome Robert Wickham to Coefficient Health as a senior medical writer. Rob earned a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota, an M.Phil. and Ph.D. from Yale University, and completed a three-year postdoctoral fellowship at Tufts School of Medicine. He then took on a faculty role as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Elizabethtown College for three years before moving to Lafayette College, where he taught a variety of courses. Robert is passionate about science communication, and has helped advance science communication initiatives in the community. He also prides himself on being a perpetual student, and has taught at every level—from middle school to graduate courses—covering subjects from anatomy to zoology. Holy alphabet!
