  • CJI believes that educating our citizens about Colorado's courts is vital to promoting public trust in the judicial system. Our Courts was born out of a joint project with the Colorado Bar Association in 2007. The Our Courts program provides non-partisan public education about Colorado's courts through in-person and video presentations. Our Courts presentations and volunteer speakers take no position regarding any court case, legislation, ballot issue, or proposed change to the court system. • CJI is celebrating the life of Keo Frazier, a CJI board member since 2020. Keo was a Cornell-educated entrepreneur, civic leader, author, TEDx speaker, and visionary. Her rich experiences and perspectives were immensely helpful to CJI, where she served as board secretary and member of the strategic planning task force. A beautiful memorial service for Keo was held on Tuesday, June 25, at Central Baptist Church in Denver and included loving tributes from her family, friends, and colleagues.
