There has been a slight decrease in prices lately but this only means there is an opportunity to buy before prices begin to tick back up. I think the continued growth of Austin means there is more demand to keep the momentum going past the current cycle. If we compare ourselves to Houston or Dallas - our sprawl has only just begun.
