Having come from large real estate firms, we set up shop to accomplish something fairly simple; create a culture of selected peers, who are among the best within their discipline, and who share a passion for the retail real estate business. In our SHOP, we build relationships and strategies with and for our clients. Though we are not trying to re-invent the process (yet), we are unwavering about our 4 Guiding Principles: 1. People before profits: we love what we do because we love who we do it with. 2. Stay relevant. 3. Entrepreneurship: opportunity lies in what others overlook. 4. Do the right thing, period.

Dallas Tex-Mex favorite, Doce Mesas, has officially opened its third location at Maple Terrace, Uptown’s newest mixed-use development in a beautifully reimagined 1920s building. Houston-based firm Hines is leading the transformation, which includes a 22-story residential tower and 157,000 square feet of office space.
