We’re so grateful to be involved with University of North Carolina Wilmington's Wings Up for Wilmington this year! Thanks to this incredible group of SeaHawks, our youth center has been transformed. Just look at the before and after photos!! They braved the rain and cleared more than a dozen bags of yard debris to make our outdoor space safe and restorative for the students we serve. Our team and the CLASS students cant believe the difference this group of volunteers made in a matter of hours. Thank you, UNCW!!

Today, we’re spotlighting CIS of Cape Fear’s 24th annual Stuff the Bus event! 🎉 This year, the event has evolved into a community engagement opportunity. Local businesses, corporations, civic organizations, and churches united to collect essential back-to-school items for students! Communities In Schools of Cape Fear is also preparing site coordinators and school administrators by investing in professional development, first aid and mental health support training, and relationship-building events for staff and school principals.
