Meet Rosemary McKracken, a Microsoft & QuickBooks Certified Trainer with CCWA. Rosemary likes to focus on purpose in her classes. "When teaching, I always try to focus on the purpose of each software function I demonstrate. By understanding a feature’s purpose, participants are more likely to utilize it and thereby become a more proficient software user." bit.ly/3zzFdZY
