Our work culture is what enables our team to thrive. Kate Eldridge, our Program Director for PACT-Y, has been with us for over four years and can attest to the supportive environment we foster. She initially joined CCBC because of the diverse clinical programs and growth opportunities, but what has kept her here is the incredible support from supervisors and senior management. Kate says the culture at CCBC instills confidence and makes employees feel appreciated and valued. "The leadership team at CCBC focuses on providing positive encouragement and recognition of employee accomplishments." This supportive atmosphere is crucial, especially in the challenging field of mental health. CCBC invests in the well-being of its employees by organizing wellness fairs, offering paid memberships to the Calm app, and running multiple employee-led committees. Kate also appreciates how her abilities and clinical experience were recognized when she was offered the position of Program Director. It's this kind of recognition and encouragement that makes CCBC a unique place to work. However, Kate doesn’t shy away from acknowledging the challenges. "Working in mental health can be difficult; it’s important to emphasize self-care, utilize supervision, and maintain a healthy work-life balance," she advises. If you’re seeking a workplace where you’ll feel supported and valued, CCBC might be the perfect fit for you. We had an incredible time at the "Families Do Recover" Recovery Month Event, presented by the Taunton Peer Recovery Support Center! The event kicked off at 11:30 AM with a variety of activities and refreshments available throughout the day. Families enjoyed face painting, stress ball and bracelet making, face mask creation, rock painting, cookie decorating, and musical chairs. We also had resource tables and wood crafting, offering something fun and informative for everyone. Thank you to all who joined us on Saturday! Your participation helped make this event a memorable success! #recoveryispossible #recovery #mentalhealth #ccbctaunton #community

If you ask our team what makes them feel good about working at CCBC, it's the profound impact we make on our clients’ lives. Just listen to @KateEldridge, our dedicated Program Director for PACT-Y. Kate has been with CCBC for over four years, initially drawn by the diverse clinical programs and opportunities for growth. What really convinced her to join? The potential for advancement, flexibility, and extensive training opportunities. Kate shared a moment that perfectly captures what matters most about her work. She was part of developing a new program for youth within the agency. One day, she had the honor of seeing a client graduate from high school as valedictorian. This young adult not only succeeded academically but also acknowledged the PACT-Y team in her speech. Kate says, "It made me stop and reflect on how impactful the program had been in helping this young adult become successful and reach her goals." This is just one example of how our team’s dedication can change lives. Our mission at CCBC is to provide comprehensive services that support both our clients and our community, making services as accessible as possible. We’re proud of the difference we’re making every day, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to become part of our team. Are you ready to make an impact?
