If you ask our team what makes them feel good about working at CCBC, it's the profound impact we make on our clients’ lives. Just listen to @KateEldridge, our dedicated Program Director for PACT-Y. Kate has been with CCBC for over four years, initially drawn by the diverse clinical programs and opportunities for growth. What really convinced her to join? The potential for advancement, flexibility, and extensive training opportunities. Kate shared a moment that perfectly captures what matters most about her work. She was part of developing a new program for youth within the agency. One day, she had the honor of seeing a client graduate from high school as valedictorian. This young adult not only succeeded academically but also acknowledged the PACT-Y team in her speech. Kate says, "It made me stop and reflect on how impactful the program had been in helping this young adult become successful and reach her goals." This is just one example of how our team’s dedication can change lives. Our mission at CCBC is to provide comprehensive services that support both our clients and our community, making services as accessible as possible. We’re proud of the difference we’re making every day, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to become part of our team. Are you ready to make an impact? At Community Counseling of Bristol County, we've proudly served our culturally and racially diverse community for 50 years. During Minority Mental Health Month, it's essential to recognize and address the barriers that prevent BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, & People of Color) groups from accessing mental health services. In 2022, Hispanic (40%), Black (38%), and Asian (36%) adults were less likely than White adults (56%) to receive mental health services (Ndugga et al., 2024). We're committed to providing accessible, culturally competent mental health care and case management services to support social and economic needs. #CommunityCare #MinorityMentalHealthMonth #CulturallyCompetentCare #ccbctaunton #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness

One thing we love at CCBC is a good paint night! Our very own Ashley and Vicki guided us through the painting process. It was a fun and relaxing evening, and the team created some great pieces of art! #picasso #weareccbc #teambuilding #ccbc #paintnight #mentalhealth #teamculture
