This center will provide comprehensive health services directly in the school building, ensuring every student has the support they need for optimal health and education. CHWP/Graham SBHCs will efficiently utilize school health care providers, creating a consistent way for students to receive care, and increasing access to external clinicians; we will enhance treatment efficacy, which will lead to better health outcomes, increased health literacy, and improved education results such as reduced absenteeism and higher graduation rates!
