Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL) is a comprehensive community development nonprofit agency headquartered in Riviera Beach that connects residents with equitable access to housing and financial literacy, child and family behavioral health and community-based programs all designed to help families and individuals thrive. CPSFL’s core focus is revitalizing neighborhoods by investing in people, infrastructure and economic development. Community Partners of South Florida is a chartered affiliate of NeighborWorks America, a national, nonpartisan network of nonprofit organizations striving to make every community a place of opportunity. #FlashbackFriday: Earlier today, our team participated in Feed the Need, a community outreach cookout aimed at supporting the unsheltered population of Riviera Beach. This important initiative took take place at the Wells Recreation Center, and brought together outreach organizations from across Palm Beach County to provide vital services and resources to those in need. Another Housing Success! CPSFL worked with new homeowner, Teneisha, to purchase a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home in the historical neighborhood of Northwood Hills. Over the past three years, Teneisha engaged in counseling services which included budgeting, increasing her income and worked closely with Community Development Lending Manager, Ana Lopez.
