  • Suicide Prevention Month holds deep personal significance for me. In 2021, I experienced the loss of a loved one💔 This September, as we observe #SuicidePreventionMonth, let's educate ourselves on the warning signs of suicide. By increasing our awareness, we can potentially save lives. Common signs to watch for: -Withdrawal from previously enjoyed activities -Changes in sleep patterns -Expressing thoughts of death or suicide -Unusual goodbyes or closure-seeking behavior -Giving away prized possessions -Increased anxiety or depression -Uncharacteristic anger or irritability -Remember, these signs can vary from person to person and some people do not show outward signs at all. This month, let's honor those we've lost and extend compassion to those who are struggling. Together, we can raise awareness and challenge the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction. If you're struggling, please reach out. You are not alone. 💜 Are you in a crisis? Call or text 988 or text TALK to 741741 #MentalHealthAwareness
