About us
Complete Care was founded in San Antonio in 2009 with one goal: To create a free-standing emergency care experience that puts patients first. As we’ve grown and spread across the state of Texas and into Colorado, that mission has only strengthened. While our ever-growing list of award-winning Complete Care locations may feature different doctors and nurses, they share a strong commitment to serving each communities medical needs to the highest level of standards.
