Compliance professionals play a vital role in fostering a resilient, ethical corporate culture—guarding against the “resurrection” of past issues by promoting vigilant, engaged leadership and regular culture assessments. Nicole Argentieri highlighted this in her SCCE conference speech, aligning with the 2024 ECCP’s emphasis on culture as a proactive compliance strategy.
