Here's the thing about employee benefits: Most companies are doing it wrong regardless of size. Big companies throw 1,000 marketplace vendors at their people and say, "Here, hunt through this mess to find something you might want!" Small companies say, "We can't compete with big tech perks!" Both are missing the point entirely. Want to know what actually works? Let your people choose what matters to them. At Compt, we've seen tiny companies deliver better benefits than tech giants simply by doing one thing: Treating their employees like grown-ups who can make their own decisions. Whether that's: Health and wellness (their version, not your version) Professional development (their path, not your path) Family support (their needs, not your assumptions) Stop trying to compete on quantity. Start winning on relevance.

I get asked a lot why I started Compt. Simple answer: I was tired of being wrong. As a CFO, I spent years crafting 'perfect' wellness programs. Gym memberships. Meditation apps. The works. Classic corporate playbook. Then I saw the light. Compt users spend 58% of lifestyle benefits on basic family care. Not fancy perks. Not trendy apps. Just people taking care of themselves and their loved ones. Talk about a reality check. See, we keep trying to predict what employees need. But people aren't puzzles to solve - they're humans with real lives, real families, and real priorities that change daily. That's why I built something different. Something that lets people choose. Because the best person to decide how to spend wellness dollars? It's not the CFO (sorry, past me). It's not HR. It's your people. The data proves it. The results show it. Sometimes the best solutions are the simple ones - just trust your people. What if we stopped guessing and started asking?

Once upon a time, I got a gym reimbursement, but I didn't end up using it. With my health and wellness stipend through Compt, I can choose what wellness means to me. It's not just about the gym; I can get my Peloton subscription reimbursed, vitamins, a massage, or whatever else fits my wellness goals. #adpmarketplacepartner #lsa #lifestylebenefits #healthandwellness
