A Director of Compensation is your leader for pay philosophy, strategy, best practices and pay management. A Compensation Analyst provides tactical expertise, compensation planning, survey participation, data management, job pricing and more. CompTeam has the breadth and depth of expertise to fill either or both roles and the bandwidth to partner with you as you grow. CompTeam’s On-Demand services allows you to proactively handle all of your total reward projects. We help you plan in advance and provide real-time access to CompTeam’s experts whenever you need us.
