Condor Cleaning is an innovative exterior cleaning company with a commitment to delivering the best results to our clients and providing the best support to our owner-operators. With 20 years of combined experience in the exterior cleaning industry and well-aligned visions for the future, founders Donnie Birth and Ryan Godwin have curated the best the industry has to offer in both, delivering unmatched results and providing a proven roadmap to success for our growing team of owner-operators. Donnie has spent nearly 30,000 hours of his career fine-tuning the tried and true traditional cleaning methods of his craft. He will tell you "there's always more to learn and ways to improve" but there's no doubt, he's "seen it all". Ryan has spent much of his career utilizing traditional exterior cleaning methods while driving industry standards forward through advancements in tech, tools, and safety. Ryan was one of the first adopters of drone cleaning technology, worldwide, and it shows. He has completed, managed, or consulted for the most iconic drone cleaning projects, to date. Separately, Ryan and Donnie found success, agency, and financial independence through the combination of old fashioned hard work and a keen eye for constant innovation and improvement. In addition to their professional goals and experiences aligning well for a strong partnership; through many long meetings, calls, and meaningful conversations Ryan and Donnie found that their personal morals, ethics, goals, and aspirations were a great match. Both have strong commitments to family and community and firmly believe in the power of giving. Both have had their individual struggles and are committed to helping others through theirs, ultimately to the future they deserve. Our Triad NC team had a great experience working with #irem56 and BackPack Beginnings of Greensboro.
#irem56 had another great day with BackPack Beginnings in Greensboro, NC. Guilford County Childhood Hunger Facts: -66.3% of children in our school system are low income. That is over 44,000 children possibly needing food assistance -Over 23% of children in Guilford County are food insecure North Carolina Childhood Hunger Facts: -1 in 6 children go hungry in North Carolina -More than 443,040 children in North Carolina are food insecure -The North Carolina food insecurity rate is 15.9% and the child food insecurity rate is 24.6% As a former recipient of similar assistance, this is near and dear to my heart. 35 years or so ago some folks in an organization with the same mission helped carry me through the start of my life. With no practical way to know who they were or how to thank them, I'm grateful for the opportunity to help carry that mission forward. I would love to see a day in my lifetime where no children have to wonder where their next meal will come from. Y'all have a wonderful day and remember, it does not matter where you begin or where you end up, but how you treat others along the way.
