Meet the Board: Justin Weber. Justin is the CEO of Venture Logistics and has been a member of our Board since 2023. Prior to joining Venture, he spent 10 years at Cummins working in corporate and business strategy, and he also has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industries at different companies and through his service in the U.S. Army. Defense technology company Kratos Defense and Security Solutions recently broke ground on its new facility at the WestGate@Crane Technology Park in Odon. The company says this is just the beginning of the company's investment in Indiana, and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation noted that the company plans to invest a total of more than $456 million and create up to 628 jobs by the end of 2029. Meet the Board: David Watkins. David is the Vice President of Small Business at Indiana Economic Development Corporation and has been serving on our Board since 2022. David’s IEDC entrepreneurship team is involved with ecosystem development, entrepreneur support, capital access, public-private partnerships and storytelling. He also played an integral role in launching Indiana’s first loan program for underrepresented entrepreneurs—the Legend Fund. And to have them call Fishers home for their headquarters is really exciting.” - Mayor Scott Fadness, City of Fishers Formula 1 recently announced Cadillac Formula 1 Team as the eleventh team on the grid beginning in 2026, and the team has chosen Fishers as its home. The team plans to make Fishers its headquarters for F1's open-wheel racing operations in a new 400,000 square-foot facility near Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport. Meet the Board: Kevin Trivett. Kevin is the Senior Vice President of Device Manufacturing and Packaging Operations at Eli Lilly and Company and joined our Board earlier this year. Kevin has extensive experience in the engineering and operations fields through various companies. His employment endeavors took him around the world to places like Puerto Rico and France where he worked on various manufacturing, supply chain and operational projects.
