I had a chat today with the lovely Carla Titus, Financial Consultant, CFO, Bookkeeper and all around money manager and planner who specializes in working with therapy group practices! I was so impressed by her obvious care for her clients and their businesses. Helping therapy practice owners grow their businesses, reduce their stress, stop wasting time and money and get focused.
About us
Why work with Confident Private Practice? *Because your clients are waiting too long for replies and not booking a session on the first call, and you want them to trust that your practice is the best place to meet their therapy needs. *Because if you or your intake coordinator is out of the office, everything falls apart. You need anyone to be able to jump in and do a job without running around looking for the information. *Because as fast as your therapists are getting clients, they're losing them, and you need procedures in place to retain clients. *Because you know that having good financial information can help you make good business decisions, but you want to be a therapist, not an accountant. You need someone to help. *Because you're getting calls from potential clients who don't match the services you offer, and you need your website to send a cohesive message that attracts your ideal clients. *Because payroll is a constant source of stress, and you just want it handled and to know there's enough money in the bank to cover it. *Because you want to grow your business, but you're afraid that will just grow your headaches. You need to feel confident that you can hire more therapists and things will go smoothly. *Because you aren't sure if your clients are happy, and you need surveys to measure your clients' satisfaction and identify areas of improvement for your therapists. *Because you're not sure what your front facing staff is saying to potential clients, and you're not sure why they can't consistently convert clients. You want them to represent your practice's values, and to convert leads to clients. Let us help and become a CONFIDENT Private Practice Owner!

Delegation is a huge part of running a successful therapy practice. You likely have some administrative help, but if you notice the tasks you delegate keep coming back to you for decision making, you haven't fully delegated the outcomes of those tasks and your brain isn't freed up to be the best therapist you can be. In this short video, Adrienne Dorison breaks down the 3 steps to take to ensure delegated tasks, stay delegated! https://lnkd.in/gmMnZVSu

"Client Retention: have you heard the phrase? Perhaps the owner of your therapy group practice has been talking to the team about retention rates, or asking you why certain clients are terminating services after a few sessions. If so, we’d like to share with you why client retention is important, not only for the client’s well being and the practice’s revenue, but also for you as a therapist." I'm honored to have a guest post on the PracticeVital blog! I dive into why client retention is good for therapists' mental health, scheduling, income, and overall feeling of fulfillment in their work. Of course it's good for clients and the practice too! A win/win/win. Check out the post, reach out to PracticeVital about tracking your retention rates, and schedule a call with me if you'd like to increase retention as a therapist or in your practice. https://lnkd.in/gTAhhRQd

Pulled one report from Simple Practice and added it to the Metrics Dashboard, and the practice owner can now see: Conversion rate Retention rates Attrition rates Growth rates Cancellation rates Total sessions Average sessions per week Clients lost and gained And because her intake coordinator is simply filling out a contact log every time she speaks with a client, we instantly can see at a glance for the week or the month: Contacts Consult calls scheduled/ completed Consults with therapists Clients pending Clients on waitlist How many follow ups it took to convert each client And more! If you'd like to have this information at a glance for your practice, schedule a free consult call to find out how! https://lnkd.in/gk_vh4Nc

A good therapist compensation plan: *Leaves room for profit for the practice. *Feels generous to the therapists. *Rewards commitment and longevity. *Is realistic about the number of clients you can bring into the practice. *Is sustainable for both therapists and practice owners. It's possible to achieve that balance! *Get clear about your expenses- especially the ones that don't change no matter how many sessions a therapist is doing. And be especially realistic about your marketing needs. *Research a living wage in your area and talk to your therapists about their needs. *Set you rates accordingly (and let's talk about your ideal client and feeling constricted around thoughts of money if needed). *Run the numbers- take into account your retention and cancellation rates! *Create a tiered compensation plan- when the practice makes more, therapists make more. As I worked on implementing a survey process for a 12 therapist practice today, I thought it would be helpful to share why I recommend therapists survey their clients. 1) The reputation of your practice is on the line, but you might never know anything was wrong until you get a bad Yelp review. When you ask early, clients know that you care! 2) If you're noticing some of your therapists are losing clients faster than you can get new clients booked, it's important to find out why those clients are terminating. 3) As the practice owner, you can't know everything that goes on in sessions with other therapists in your practice. A quick way to gauge client satisfaction is to ask them directly. 4) Yes, there are ethical considerations to take into account when asking for a review, but it IS possible to do this in an ethical way that considers the client's privacy and clinical needs. Personal testimonials are one of the top ways people make decisions about whether or not to use a service, so it's important to get reviews. If you'd like to chat about why, how, and when to conduct client surveys, schedule a call! https://lnkd.in/gk_vh4Nc
