Check out these stats: 📊 The largest SFR owner, Progress Residential, owns just 0.57% of single-family rentals. 🏢 The largest apartment owner, Greystar, owns only 0.47% of apartment units. 🔍 Combined, the top 50 players in SFR own 3.67% of the market, while the top 50 in apartments own 10.58%. That means smaller players dominate 96-90% of the market! In such a fragmented industry, even the largest companies have limited influence. Here’s how to handle bulky item removal: ✅ Know the Rules: Check with your property manager or local waste hauler about disposal guidelines. ✅ Schedule a Pickup: Many waste management companies offer convenient bulky item pickups—sometimes even for free! ✅ Plan Ahead: Share disposal instructions with residents during move-in/move-out seasons. ✅ Encourage Donations: Items in good condition can often be donated to local charities or shelters.
