This October, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers declared October as Architecture Awareness Month in Wisconsin, celebrating the powerful impact that architecture makes on our communities, economy, and lives. New Morning Coffee Roasters and our project team took time to celebrate the beginning of construction for their addition with a groundbreaking ceremony at their facility in Appleton, WI. When completed, the project is set to provide an additional 20,000 square feet to their current space, offering up more production capability, warehousing space, a new employee breakroom, and two additional loading docks. The roaster will make this addition thanks to the anticipated capacity that they will need to keep up with the rising demand for their delicious coffee. Congratulations to Triangle Manufacturing for breaking ground on their expansion project! Our project team had the opportunity to celebrate this milestone with the entire Triangle staff! Not only did we officially break ground, but we enjoyed delicious Tacos from Diablos. The project will provide Triangle with 35,000 square feet of warehouse and process area. The pre-engineered expansion will also include a new restroom, breakroom facilities, fabricating, welding, and computer spaces. #Groundbreaking

We were honored to sponsor the Folds of Honor Golf Tournament in South Dakota, and the day couldn’t have been better! In addition to a hole sponsorship, one of our staff members had the privilege of joining three incredible veterans for an educational and eye-opening round of golf. Congratulations to Hope Development for breaking ground on their Tru by Hilton construction project! The project is a continuation of the recent development of the Hope District in Grimes, IA, as the newly built GrimesPlex youth sports complex will bring demand from many young athletes and families. The 116-room Tru by Hilton hotel will be the second hotel built in Grimes, providing guests with a pool, a fitness center, and vibrant public spaces throughout the campus. The building will span 53,000 square feet and will reach four stories tall. Upon completion, Great Lakes Management Group will be responsible for property management of the hotel. The beginning of fall and football season mean one thing to our Appleton crew… It is chili time! Our Appleton office hosted its annual Chili Cookoff competition where ten staff members brought the heat (and maybe even some heartburn!) with their best chili. A shoutout to our brave volunteer judges who took on the tough job of tasting and grading each chili based on taste, texture, aroma, and presentation.
