Having access to an on-site gym where management actively encourage their employees to go to the gym, or have a walk around the block to get away from the screen is such a good trait of the business. Sitting in-front of a screen all day in this fast paced environment can be quite draining, and having this flexibility to exercise and refresh yourself/have a routine is great. Since joining Conspicuous, as a company we have arranged monthly socials almost every month where everyone in the business makes the effort to meet up of an evening whether it be for dinner, drinks or an activity.
