In partnership with Smile Farms Inc., we were invited to be part of CNBC's local marketplace where they showcased different businesses that are run by and support people with disabilities. CP folks from West Farms Center in the Bronx and Cora Hoffman Center on Staten Island participated and participants got a tour of the studio and watched a news program being created and filmed. “I enjoyed the whole day, but the best part was telling people about my job and selling our stuff to them” -James C.

On July 13, the CP team ventured to Hudson Valley where we partnered with the Brewster Elks Lodge 2101 to host a wheelchair clinic and be of assistance to twenty local residents. Services included cleaning and inspection, alongside many small and not-so-small repairs, all performed in the shadow of the club building, constructed more than 200 years ago during the presidency of Thomas Jefferson: https://lnkd.in/eW3ZnEVS #brewster #hudsonvalley #wheelchair #elkslodge
