CSDC has officially mobilized at the Salisbury Garage where we will be replacing the bearing pads throughout the garage as well as coating the top level.

CSI NE has achieved success working on multiple schools in and around the Boston area. We are happy to announce the mobilization at the Qualters Middle School in Mansfield, MA and the recent completion of the flashing repairs project at the Henderson School located in Dorchester, MA.

Contracting Specialists South East LLC is currently engaged in the reconstruction of planter walls on the south plaza deck of SLMA at the Roney Palace/1 Hotel building in Miami Beach, Florida. The project includes preparing the structural deck, reinforcing with steel, forming, pouring, detailing, and sloping inside the planters to direct water towards new drains. This project demonstrates CS SE's expertise and meticulous approach in executing projects of diverse scopes, contributing significantly to the property's renovation efforts.  

The CSI team has been awarded the masonry work at the CVPA Building at the UMASS Dartmouth Campus. The repairs entail various concrete patching, and CMU wall repairs. Prioritizing safety and project schedule, we look forward to leveraging our expertise to deliver exceptional results for this esteemed institution.

Contracting Specialists South East LLC is progressing with facade and structural repairs at the Imperial House Towers Condominiums in Miami Beach, Florida. These repairs are part of our ongoing preparations for upcoming window retrofitting work later this year. The dedication, skills, and relentless effort of our team have played a crucial role in significantly boosting the project's progress and value achieved so far.

CSDC has been awarded to assist Chesterfield County Public Schools at Hopkins Road Elementary School. We will be repairing damage to both the interior and exterior faces of the gym walls where cracking in the CMU block has occurred. This project will be completed during the summer months in time for the beginning of the new school year.
