💡 Empowering Nurses with AI: A Success Story from Cook Children’s    We’re proud to be featured in Becker's Healthcare for our work with Cook Children's Health Care System, where thoughtful AI implementation is transforming the nursing experience — not replacing it.    Cook Children’s is leading by example, using Artisight’s smart hospital platform to automate time-consuming, non-clinical tasks like hand hygiene monitoring and patient rounding. The result? More time for nurses to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional care.    We're grateful to support organizations that are building trust around AI by putting caregivers first. • For the second year in a row, Newsweek named Cook Children's one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Women. We're introducing you to some of the women who make Cook Children's such an amazing place. Jennifer Fuester-Reynolds ("JFR") is known for going the distance. Whether it’s building marketing campaigns that champion Cook Children’s, cultivating a community garden, running an ultra-marathon or trekking the Grand Canyon, she digs deep and goes the extra mile to overcome every challenge. “I think the biggest challenge I face every day is fitting everything in,” Fuester-Reynolds said. “There are so many projects to work on, people to talk to, ideas and possibilities bouncing around in my head. Sometimes finding a balance is a challenge. I have to keep reminding myself that it’s an ultra-marathon, not a sprint.” As manager of Marketing, Fuester-Reynolds spends her workdays collaborating with partners and members of her team to craft creative ad campaigns, produce engaging videos and podcasts, and write and edit print and digital content – all to strengthen and uphold Cook Children’s brand. Her career began in marketing and advertising, but the passion for caring she saw in her mom, a nurse, and her grandmother, a nursing assistant, led her to a career in health care. Her professional philosophy is inspired by the wisdom of her grandfather who would say, “Work like you own the place.” “It’s a great lesson because, in fact, everyone’s workplace is theirs in a way. And when you own your work, you give your best energy, attention and passion,” she said. “I continue to work on this lesson, aspiring to learn, develop and improve all the time.” Read more of Jennifer's story and those of the women that make Cook Children's a special place to work, here: https://lnkd.in/gdgRyKVr
