Employee wellness used to mean offering comprehensive healthcare benefits, but now, healthcare is merely the tip of the iceberg when it comes to supporting employee well-being. Many employee wellness programs now encompass a more nuanced understanding of well-being. Instead of only focusing on physical health, programs now offer support for mental, emotional, and financial health, too. CFC's Creating all Good Committee, focuses on the 6 dimensions of wellness when planning employee events: Occupational, Physical, Social, Intellectual, Spiritual and Emotional. CFC hosted an Employee Wellness Fair and we had great vendors: Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey Valley Commercial Banking GYMGUYZ , Garden of Healing Yoga & Wellness, Berry Street Delta Dental, Lightbridge Academy, Aflac Middlesex County NJ Government, Affinity Federal Credit Union& The Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dogs, Inc.

Our amazing Care Managers Alexandria, Celena, Parker, and Scharina, volunteered their time to make a difference at CFC's & KidzCan's annual "Back to School: Scholarly Start" event organized by our Resource Development Specialist Samantha. They provided school supplies to local youth, helping them get ready for a successful year ahead. We are so proud to be part of a community that comes together to support the next generation! 🎒✨ #BackToSchool #CFCGivesBack #CommunityEngagement
