Growth Partner for Agency Founders | Creating Seven-Figure Potential through Strategic Repositioning, Modern Revenue Models, and Relationship-Based Sales

Today we’re talking Relationships as a GROWTH strategy. So excited for this first episode drop on Agency Office Hours 🎙 . (Link to listen in comments) I think most of you know relationships are important in business - but are you thinking about them strategically? → WHAT are the 3 types of relationships should you be cultivating? → WHERE do find them? → HOW do you actually drive QUALITY leads through them to scale? We answer all that in this first episode. Plus, the fun story of how Meredith Fennessy Witts and I met (we think?), almost 30 years ago... And while on the topic of relationships, I have to celebrate the partnership that made this season possible, which is Jessica Andrews and the team at Copper. I’ll endlessly be grateful for this team taking a chance on Meredith and I in starting something new and believing in us. We feel an deep responsibility to SHOW UP for our community and for them. And it’s pushed us outside of our comfort zones and led us to create something we’re really proud of. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts! ————— And speaking of relationships... To successfully build relationships in this business, you need a tool that makes it EASY to organize, nurture, and remember key details. Copper is a CRM that helps agencies attract more clients, streamline communication and deliver projects effortlessly. Tune into this episode for a special 15% off code on annual plans 👀 .

Designing products customers love isn’t just about listening to them—it’s about observing how they actually use your product. Actions often speak louder than words. At Copper, we noticed something interesting: while we originally built our CRM for sales teams to manage leads and close deals, many customers started using us to manage post-sales projects like onboarding, implementation and service delivery. When we took a closer look, we found that 40% of the pipelines our customers created were actually for project delivery, not just sales. This sparked the idea to intentionally design our Pipelines to not only easily manage deals but also onboard clients, and deliver projects all in one place. I’m proud of our team for not only listening to our customers but also paying close attention to their behavior to create even more value!
