    👀 What does it take to turn chaotic ideas into a tool that simplifies your workflow? Pulse, Pipedrive's new AI prospecting feature, was about rethinking how we present overwhelming amounts of scattered information and make it instantly actionable for our users. But getting there wasn’t easy. Pulse wasn’t created overnight—it took months of iteration, design challenges, and feedback loops to refine it into the powerful tool it is today. Our journey started on a whiteboard, filled with sketches, ideas, and the question: How do we help users make sense of their opportunities and take the right actions at the right time? 🎨 In the beginning, we experimented with different approaches, sketching out how Pulse could streamline the prospecting process and help users prioritize tasks. Iteration after iteration, we moved from rough concepts to detailed prototypes, testing each step to make sure it wasn’t just beautiful—it had to be functional, intuitive, and solve real pain points. Each new version brought new challenges, but every iteration brought us closer to a feature that would genuinely help users prioritize, act, and convert more leads into deals. 🚀 Fast forward to today, and Pulse is a tool that turns fragmented cues into clear, actionable insights—showing users where to focus their efforts to avoid losing momentum. 💬 Pulse is currently in beta and we’d love for you to be a part of it.
